Jill Baldinger is a multi-media artist and stage scenic artist. She studied graphic design, fine art, and printmaking in college. Jill was employed at a fine arts gallery in Northern Virginia for over 12 years. Eventually, she became a manager of the firm’s second gallery and frame shop.
In 1991, Jill opened her own gallery and frame shop in Berryville, VA, and after several years, the successful business was sold. Jill and her husband then relocated to Keyser, WV.
In 2003, Jill became part of the staff of the new artists’ co-op Arts at Canal Place in Cumberland, Maryland, and held many board positions, including President and Gallery Coordinator. From 2006 to 2014, she worked as a Gallery Assistant and special programs assistant at the Allegany Arts Council in Cumberland, Maryland. She was a member of the Allegany Area Art Alliance, the Allegany Arts Council, board member of Highland Arts Unlimited, past president of the Western Maryland Watercolor Society, and coordinator for Art House Tuesdays at the Indie on Main in Keyser, WV.
