Sandra Nichols (Sandy) is a jewelry artist whose passion for making jewelry began in 2006.

Her jewelry conveys beauty, elegance, unique design, and timeless style. She finds inspiration in the colors and patterns in nature. Natural gemstones are her material of choice, which she highlights using wire and metal, to create original wearable art.

In search of a historic home, Sandy moved to Jefferson County in 1991. She retired from corporate life in sales and marketing in 2008 and began focusing on her hobbies, especially the art of making jewelry. Beginning in 2010, she became involved in various organizations in search of means to generate a greater focus on the arts.
